Honey Roast Butternut Squash Soup (v)

Served with stilton croute

Asparagus Spears Wrapped in Parma Ham

Drizzled with béarnaise sauce  

Fresh River Exe Mussels

Steamed with white wine, shallots and finished with a saffron cream

Herb Encrusted Rack of West Country Lamb   

Set on a reduction of port and rosemary

Pan Fried Fillet of Line Caught Sea Bass

Set on Salcombe crab risotto and finished with a sauce vierge

Oven Roasted Supreme of Chicken   

Stuffed with a wild mushroom Duxelles and finished with Madeira jus  

Mediterranean Roast Root Vegetable Strudel (v)

Served with a red pepper coulis   

All served with a fresh vegetable panache and Dauphinoise potatoes
